WHAT IS YONI STEAMING?
Yoni Steaming is an ancient holistic practice.
Yoni Steaming is also referred to as Pelvic Steaming, Vaginal Steaming and V-Steaming. Yoni Steaming is consists of a woman sitting or squatting over a pot or bowl of simmering herbs that provides gentle cleansing, healing, and nourishment to the vagina, uterus, and other reproductice organs. Yoni steaming is a very powerful and ancient remedy that has been successfully performed by women for centuries.
WHY SHOULD WOMEN YONI STEAM?
Yoni Steaming provides you with a moment to connect with your divine feminine. This is a wonderful ancient practice that can benefit many women.
Yoni Steaming is especially beneficial for women who suffer from painful menstrual cramps, heavy menstrual bleeding, irregular or absent menstrual cycle, fibroids or cysts, infertility, recurring bladder infection, recurring uti's, recurring bacterial vaginosis, recurring yeast infections, menopausal symptoms, vaginal dryness, hormonal imbalance, scar tissues and blocked fallopian tubes, and imbalanced vaginal PH.

CAN I YONI STEAM DURING MY MENSTRUAL PERIOD?
Your menstrual cycle is a natural cleansing process of your womb. You should not complete a Yoni Steam until after your menstrual cycle ends. Some of the herbs included in our blend of Yoni Steam may induce uterine contractions that may cause excess bleeding.
WHAT SHOULD I EXPECT DURING A YONI STEAM?
The Yoni steam is a gentle and relaxing process.
You should expect to feel a steady flow of warm steam entering your Yoni. (If at any time your Yoni Steam causes discomfort or burning due to temperature, please allow the steam to cool for an additional amount of time.)
The heat from the steam will increase bloodflow to your Yoni, so you may feel aroused.
Inhaling the aroma of the herbs will provide a sense of relaxation and calmness. (You may feel sleepy after completing a Yoni Steam).
I HAVE SPECIFIC ISSUES, HOW OFTEN SHOULD I YONI STEAM?
Painful Menstrual Cramps: Menstrual cramps can be treated by using our Goddess Yoni Steam by performing a Yoni steam twice in the week leading up to your period arriving. We recommend you also completing a Yoni steam the day after your period ends. Please note: It may take 1-3 consistent months of Yoni steaming to notice the changes in your menstrual cycle. It's important to remain consistent for the best results.
Irregular/Absent Period: If you do not currently have a menstrual cycle and would like to start it, we recommend Yoni Steaming 2-3 times weekly until your menstrual cycle regulates. Please note: It may take 1-3 consistent months of Yoni steaming for your menstrual cycle to reset. It's important to remain consistent for the best results.
Recurring Bacterial/Yeast Infections: If you suffer from recurring infections, you should perform one Goddess Yoni Steam each week for a month. You should notice positive changes in your Yoni's health within 1 month. It's important to pair the Goddess Yoni Steam with a balanced diet and drinking water to help flush out toxins and prevent future overgrowth of Yeast and Bacteria.
Menopausal Symptoms: If you suffer from menopausal symptoms, it's best to steam at least once every two weeks. It may be necessary to perform a Yoni Steam 1-2 times weekly for extreme cases. Please note: It may take 1-2 months to notice positive changes. It's important to remain consistent during this journey.
Infertility/Fertility Challenges: if you suffer from Fertility Challenges or Infertility, You should aim to Yoni Steam at least 1-3 times weekly, up until ovulation occurs. Do not Yoni Steam after ovulation occurs, because this may interfere with conception. Please note: Every woman's journey is different, as our bodies are all unique. It's important to remain consistent with Yoni Steaming up until ovulation to increase your chances of conception. Multiple herbs in the Yoni Steam are geared towards healing and nourishing the reproductive system. Good luck on your journey!
Postpartum Healing: You should complete a Yoni Steam 2-3 times weekly for one month after giving birth to assist with the toning and healing of your uterus and vagina.
PCOS and Endometriosis symptoms: You should aim to complete a Yoni Steam three times during one month during the first month. You may then Yoni steam 1-2 times monthly for maintenance. Please note: For extreme cases, please contact us for a free personalized consultation.
Preventative Maintenance: For preventative maintenance, we recommend Yoni Steaming once every month.

CAN I YONI STEAM IF I HAVE AN IUD?
It is not recommended to Yoni Steam if you have an IUD, because some of the herbs included in the Goddess Yoni Steam may cause uterine contractions that causes the uterine lining to be shed. This process may dislodge or shift the IUD.
Although it is not recommended to complete a Goddess Yoni Steam if you have an IUD, some women have chosen to do so and have reaped the benefits of reduced period cramps. We do NOT recommend this, however, if you choose to do so, It is done at your own risk.
WHAT HERBS ARE INCLUDED IN THE GODDESS YONI STEAM?
Mugwort - Fights infection, balances female hormones, treats menstrual cramps, stimulates an absent menstrual cycle, treats insomnia, and assists with easing menstrual cramps and discomfort.
Chamomile- Reduces menstrual cramps, reduces inflammation, assists with relieving the symptoms of anxiety, reduces cancerous cells, assist with insomnia and depression.
Calendula- Soothes and heals scar tissue, vaginal tears, and hemorrhoids. Reduces inflammation, reduces cancerous cells, cures bacterial infections and yeast infections.
Lavender- supports healing, promotes menstrual flow, and provides a relaxing feeling.
Jasmine Flowers - Promotes weight loss, heals blemishes and scars, hydrates and softens skin, alleviates aches and pains, boosts libido, relieves symptoms from stress and anxiety, boosts fertility, and reduces inflammation.
Rosemary- treats bacterial infections, speeds wound healing (tears from childbirth), and stimulates menstruation.

I EXPERIENCED CRAMPING DURING MY NEXT PERIOD AFTER YONI STEAMING. WHY WAS THIS?
Cramping is caused by the contraction of muscles inside your uterus. When you experience menstrual cramping, it is due to your uterus attempting to dislodge built up matter and uterine lining.
If you experience increased cramping, this is due to your body attempting to expel the built up tissues. This is normal and we recommend completing two Yoni Steams before your next menstrual cycle to ensure that the tissues have softened and to reduce further menstrual cramps from ocurring.
WHAT CAUSES MY UTERINE LINING TO BECOME BUILT UP AND CAUSE CRAMPING?
Many women have experienced absent or irregular menstrual periods. If you do not have a menstrual period each month, this is the reason for the built up matter in your uterus. Consistent Yoni Steaming will cause the Uterine Lining to be naturally shed over the course of your next few menstrual cycle's.
The full uterine lining is not always shed during your monthly menstrual cycle. After experiencing monthly menstrual period's for years consecutively, it is not surprising that there could be left over matter in your Uterus that needs to be shed.
IF YONI STEAMING IS GOOD FOR ME, WHY DOESN'T MY DOCTOR AGREE WITH IT?
Doctors are not trained to treat you by recommending 100% natural remedies.
Medical doctors are trained to write you a prescription for the symptoms that you are facing.
Of course, Western Medical doctors will be against recommending something that they were not taught in medical school. Although there is no medical proof that Yoni Steaming is beneficial, there are thousands of women who share their success stories about Yoni Steaming online.

CAN YONI STEAMING ASSIST ME WITH FIBROIDS?
Yes. Fibroids are noncancerous growths of the uterus that develops from the smooth muscular tissues. Fibroids can cause heavy and painful menstrual period's.
Consistent Yoni Steaming assists your body in shedding built up matter's and non-essential tissue's inside your uterus.
If you have uterine fibroids, we recommend Yoni Steaming twice each week for 3 months. You should notice a difference after consistent use.
CAN I SAFELY YONI STEAM WITH AN ACTIVE YEAST OR BACTERIAL INFECTION?
Contrary to popular belief, it is safe to complete a Goddess Yoni Steam while you have an active Yeast or Bacterial Infection. Since our Goddess Yoni Steam is both anti-fungal and anti-bacterial, it acts as a treatment by reducing the bacteria or yeast overgrowth that caused the infection.
Women who complete a Yoni Steam while they have an active infection, they generally experience rapid reduction of the symptoms.
