Shipping Policy: 


All orders are processed and shipped within 7-21 business days, depending on the volume of orders that we have received.


Please understand that we are a growing business and most of our products are handcrafted by the owner, which prevents us from immediately processing and shipping your order upon receipt, however, orders will usually be shipped within the time frame provided above. 

We update the top of our website every week, which shows the batch of orders that are being shipped in the current week. Please refer to this shipping schedule when inquiring about your order status.

  • If you select First Class shipping during checkout, your package should be delivered within 3-5 business days AFTER your tracking number is received.

  • If you select Priority shipping during checkout, your package should be delivered within 2-4 business days AFTER your tracking number is received.

  • If you select Overnight Shipping during checkout, your package should be delivered within 1 business day AFTER tracking number is received. 

The shipping option that you select during checkout does NOT bypass our processing time, it simply provides you with a time frame of when you should receive your products once we ship it. Orders with overnight shipping selected will be received overnight, after we process and ship the order. Overnight shipping does not mean the order is processed and shipped the same day that you order.  

If there are any issues with your delivery being delayed after your tracking number is received, lost during transit, or stolen after delivery, we are NOT responsible. All packages are shipped with insurance, so in the event of lost, damaged, or stolen packages, please contact USPS and file a claim.

If your order is delivered to the wrong address due to a keying error on your behalf, we are not responsible. Please double check your address before you submit your order and ensure that there are no mistakes. The packages will be shipped to the address that you provided to us. If you notice an error in your address after placing an order, email us at and provide us with the updated address.

Once you receive a tracking number, we are no longer responsible for your package. We cannot provide information or a delivery time-frame on packages that have been delayed by the carrier. Please direct inquiries about package deliveries to USPS, as we have no control over their policies and procedures once your package is in their possession.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed a few additional days. In cases where there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email to inform you and to provide you with an estimated time of receipt for your package.

We do NOT provide refunds for disagreements with our processing time. Upon placing your order, you agree to our shipping and refund policy.


All sales are final. No refunds will be approved.
