Refund Policy: 



Due to the sensitive nature of our products, we DO NOT offer exchanges or refunds for any reason.




 If you have any questions regarding this policy, feel free to contact us at If the item(s) that you received is not what you ordered, please reach out to us via email and provide a photo of the product(s) received as well as your order number. Once it is confirmed that the wrong item was received, we will provide you with the correct item(s). You MUST notify us within 3 days of your product being delivered if there is an issue.


If items are damaged, lost, or stolen during transit, we are NOT responsible and we will not provide a refund. Please, file a claim with USPS and allow them to investigate your claim and decide if they will provide you with a refund or not. 

We do not provide refunds for gift cards for any reason. All gift card sales are final.

All "sale items" are FINAL as well. If you purchase an item during a sale, we cannot provide a refund for any reason.
